KidzWorld presents Jr. Group Artist of Taytay (July 2004)

KidzWorld, the country’s first child oriented nature, sports and adventure club resort will feature the Jr. group Artist of Taytay (Jr. GAT) in an art exhibit and caricature drawing session on July 18, 2004.

Jr. GAT is an off-shoot of the original group which Philippine Centennial Grand Price Awardee Godofredo “Godo” Zapanta , spearheaded in 1978. This younger group is composed mostly of proteeges discovered during art competitions joined by local schools from 1990’s to present and other young talents. Some of them have already created their niche in the art scene by winning citations and awards in competitions like those sponsored by the Art Association of the Philippines, Philip Morris, Metro Bank Foundation, GSIS, Pilipinas Shell, Nido’s Mga Munting Daliri, Kulay sa Tubig and PLDT among others.

In their effort to continue reaching younger talents with the same passion with visual arts expression, Jr. GAT continues to host on-the-spot painting/ poster making contests, summer art workshops and group exhibits.

So...race the sun! There will be games and summer-inspired relays that will entitle you to win prizes and gift certificates. Let you kids have a first-hand shot on the courses offered and discover their natural talent and skills.

Fun Learning @ KidzWorld (February, 2004)

KidzWorld warmly hosted the Child Start International Annual Educational and Family Trip last Febuary 13, 2004. Kids, parents and teachers had a grand time. Where else can you simultaneously do different dynamic and exciting activities like swimming, rapelling, fishing, golfing with both kids and adults having fun. And that's not all! KidzWorld will treat your mind,by and soul to a refreshing and relaxing experience that is guaranteed to answer and awaken the child within us all.

A KidzWorld Halloween! (October, 2003)

Ghoulish Greetings to all! As All Hallow's Eve nears, unusual things have been happening at KidzWorld Theme Parks, Amusement and Recreational Club (KidzWorld for short), an innovative Theme Park, Recreational and Golf Club situated at the corner of Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo Highway and Governor's Drive in Dasmariñas, Cavite. When dusk falls and the chilly evening mist shrouds KidzWorld, apparitions and other strange creatures roam around the sprawling estate, preparing for an otherwordly celebration on October 26, 2003.

Communicating through their chosen medium, the KidzWorld Kryptkeeper, these decrepit denizens of the dark are inviting all brave souls to join their Halloween rituals at KidzWorld, which shall commence at 10:00am, and will include a unique Trick-or-Treat activity, Halloween Face-Painting, and a Mascot Presentation. Treasures and tokens will also be given to visitors wearing the ghostliest and ghastliest attires that day.

The Kryptkeeper will be waiting for you!

A Day to Remember @ KidzWorld (September, 2003)

KidzWorld Grand Family Day with the Learning Center last September 11,2003 was a resounding success. The Learning Center, established in 1975, is the first school in the Philippines to use the acclaimed TEACCH (Treatment and Education of Autistic and Related Communication Handicapped Children) approach.

The kids and their family along with the teachers had a fun day under the sun! KidzWorld lined up a lot of exciting activities fit for special and dynamic children and what's more, parents, guardians and teachers were treated to relaxing day free from urban worries and responsibilities. Truly it was a remarkable experience for all - the laughter and memories shared were beyond compare!

This activity marks as the first step of KidzWorld towards achieving its vision to redefine the leisure industry through innovative package of quality edutainment services. TLC discovered a whole new place of adventure and thrill at KIDZWORLD. This day will surely be treasured and remembered and will hopefully serve as an inspiration for us to hold more activities like this. TLC also enjoyed the fishing, hiking, train ride, carousel and more! KidzWorld field trip and family day packages focuses not only on entertainment and recreation but educational as well!

The 1st Media Invitational Golf Tournament at KidzWorld (April, 2003)

Participants from the Press Media had an exciting time of their lives playing golf on the World’s first 18-hole Pitch-Chip-and-Putt Executive Golf Course at KidzWorld on April 6, 2003. Their families and guests had a great time, too, with all the activities KidzWorld had prepared for them to enjoy like fishing, wall climbing, train ride and carousel ride, magic tricks and a lot more!

KidzWorld joined The Learning Child’s Family Day Celebration (March, 2003)

KidzWorld joined in the Family Day celebration of The Learning Child in Ayala Alabang Village, Muntinlupa City on March 1, 2003. Aside from setting up an information booth, KidzWorld held activities such as body painting, rabbit caring and even obstacle course that truly delighted the parents and children.

KidzWorld spent a sweet and memorable Valentine Get-Together with the Live and Learn Pre-school of Loyola last February 13, 2003. The event was attended by about 200 participants who were so excited and thrilled with the activities provided by KidzWorld to make said event more memorable.

Investors visit to KidzWorld (February, 2003)

Investors from China paid an official visit to KidzWorld, the country’s premier “edutainment” and adventure club located in Dasmariñas, Cavite. Architect Vicente Ponce Jr., KidzWorld’s president, together with Dasmariñas City Mayor Elpidio Barzaga welcomed the Chinese delegates in the exclusive members-only facilities of KidzWorld. The delegates were Jaisy W.P. Lam, managing director of CPIC Group Limited of Hong Kong; Xu Guang Yu, director of Ningbo Municipal Economic Commission; Henry Luy, fund manager and financial adviser of KidzWorld; Lu Guo Rong Vice Mayor of Ningbo Province of China; Song Hanping, president and director of Ningbo Fubang Holding Group Companies Limited; Pan Xin Jia, Vice Gen. Manager of Hangzhou Hanggang Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Co., Ltd.

After a tour of the site, the delegates unanimously agreed that KidzWorld surely comes as a fresh destination for leisure and recreation for the whole family.
