• More than its 88 new thrills, creative and interactive games and adventures, KidzWorld is envisioned to be the Philippine’s premier edu-tainment and adventure club resort, offering the ideal setting for family-centered leisure and fellowship.
• KidzWorld promotes family values, love for learning through creative play; and strengthening environmental consciousness and nationhood.
• At KidzWorld, we put value in the pursuit of a complete and stress-free meaningful life.

2) WHERE IS KIDZWORLD LOCATED?

• It’s strategically located: 45 minutes from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) and right at the center of major golf courses south of Manila, major institutions like De La Salle School, Hospitals, and more!
• It’s easily accessible: (a) Coastal Hi-way, (b) Alabang-Zapote Road (c) Molino Road, (d) C-5, (e) South Super Hi-way, (f) Metro-Manila Skyway, and (g) the South Luzon Expressway or SLEX (take Southwoods Exit).
• It’s prime location: It is located beside the upcoming SM City Dasmariñas and right across the Robinson’s Place Dasmariñas. (Property values are observed to increase once there is substantial development - which members will benefit from KidzWorld’s steady property appreciation.)

3) IS KIDZWORLD AN EXCLUSIVE, MEMBERS-ONLY CLUB?

YES. KidzWorld is for the exclusive use of its members, their families and guests. It is not open to the general public (where no one can be truly accountable for any damage made on the premises).

This members-only policy is designed to protect the members’ investment and to ensure that KidzWorld will continually be able to provide the kind of quality amenities and services, plus the peace of mind and the level of security our members look for.

4.) HOW CAN ONE BECOME A KIDZWORLD MEMBER?

Membership is open to (a) any individual with unquestionable character or standing in their communities, of legal age; and to (b) companies, corporations, associations and other entities duly organized and with offices in the Philippines, who shares KidzWorld’s love and respect for family and the environment.

5.) CAN FOREIGNERS BUY MEMBERSHIP SHARE OF KIDZWORLD ?

YES, (a) any foreign individual unquestionable character or standing, of legal age; and to (b) companies, corporations, associations and other entities can be a member of KidzWorld.

Note: Under the Philippine Law, foreigners can only hold maximum of 40% under the corporation code of the Philippines.

6.) WHAT DOES A KIDZWORLD MEMBER HOLD IN HIS/HER POSSESSION?

Regular Proprietary Membership Certificate (Security). This entitles members to pro-rata ownership of KidzWorld’s assets (that includes the prime commercial land on which KidzWorld is located and all improvements thereon)

Note: All Regular Proprietary Membership Certificate holders (buyers with a certificate issued under his/her name or under the company name) must apply for membership, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. Non-qualified certificate holders are considered investors, and as such, will not be enjoying the same privileges as the members.

7.) WHO CAN ENJOY THE PRIVILEGES OF MEMBERSHIP?

The benefits and privileges of the club may be enjoyed by the principal member and his/her immediate family members [the spouse and dependents/unmarried children twenty-one (21) years old and below].

8.) HOW MANY GUESTS CAN A MEMBER INVITE TO KIDZWORLD?

A member (principal or his/her immediate family) in good standing can only bring up to three (3) guests per membership at any given day and time. This is to ensure that members can relax and enjoy all facilities without the hassles of queues and ‘overcrowding’ as experienced in other clubs. However, it is important to note that more guests can be accommodated if requests/registration is made at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability and approval).

9.) CAN A HOLDER SELL HIS / HER MEMBERSHIP SHARE?

YES, after one (1) year from date of Official Launch as determined by KidzWorld Theme Parks, Amusement and Recreational Club, Inc. Any selling of the certificate will be subject for approval by the Board of Directors to monitor memberships and to protect existing members from possible irregular activities

10.) CAN A HOLDER TRANSFER /ASSIGN HIS/HER MEMBERSHIP SHARE?

YES. An existing Membership Share holder can transfer or assign simply by completing a Transfer of Rights Agreement/Assignee form (subject for approval by the Board of Directors of KidzWorld Theme Park, Amusement and Recreational Club, Inc.) and the payment of its transfer fees/assignee fees.

11.) IS KIDZWORLD AUTHORIZED TO SELL MEMBERSHIP SECURITIES BY THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION (SEC)?

YES. KidzWorld is authorized to sell membership securities by the Securities and Exchange Commission under License to Sell No.113 Series of 2001.

12.) WHERE DO I MAKE MY PAYMENTS?

• All payments can be forwarded to the KidzWorld Head Office at 83 Boni Serrano Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines or to the KidzWorld Club Site, Batanes Cove Office in Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines.
• Please make checks payable to: KidzWorld Theme Parks, Amusement and Recreational Club, Inc (KidzWorld, Inc.).
  
  You can also charge payment to your Visa Credit Card.

13.) HOW DO I PAY IF I’M ABROAD ?

You can remit your payments in its US dollar equivalent to:
Account no: 7424 – 00018 – 8 at BPI Family Bank located at Timog Avenue, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. KidzWorld will acknowledge receipt of remittance payment as soon as possible via e-mail. We also accept Visa Credit Card for your convenience.

14.) DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP DUES EVEN IF I’M LIVING ABROAD?

• NO. Members with permanent residence abroad will be considered as absentee members, and as such, will not be required to pay the monthly dues. There will only be a minimal yearly absentee fee which is equivalent to one month’s dues.
• Absentee members only have to notify the KidzWorld management 15 days prior to their arrival in the Philippines of their account activation.
